This policy has been established to regulate return and exchange procedures in a fair and clear manner from the moment the order is placed until after delivery.

1. Applicable Timeframes (Online Store)

  • Returns: Within 24 hours from the date of receiving the order
  • Exchanges: Within 7 days from the date of receiving the order

2. General Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • A valid invoice or proof of purchase must be provided
  • The product must be:
    • In its original condition
    • Unused
    • In its original packaging
    • With all tags and labels attached

3. Perfumes, Skincare & Beauty Products

For health and safety reasons:

Perfumes, skincare, and beauty products cannot be returned or exchanged.

4. Cases Eligible for Return or Exchange

A return or exchange is accepted in the following cases:

  • Incorrect item received
  • Manufacturing defect
  • Product arrived damaged or leaking
  • Order not delivered within 14 days from the shipping date

The customer must contact Customer Service within the timeframes specified in this policy and provide clear photos or a video showing the issue.

5. Return Shipping Fees

  • If the return is due to a customer reason (change of mind, wrong selection, etc.):
    ➤ The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee of SAR 25, subject to store approval in accordance with this policy.
  • If the return is due to:
    • Store error
    • Damaged product
    • Manufacturing defect
      ➤ The store will cover all return shipping costs.

6. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To submit a return or exchange request, customers must contact The Beauty Secrets Customer Service within the timeframes stated in this policy via:

7. Refunds

Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received at our warehouse, inspected, and approved.
The amount will be refunded within 7 to 14 business days, depending on the payment provider.

8. Promotions & Discounts

Items purchased during promotions, sales, or discounts are subject to the same return and exchange policy. Discounts do not affect the customer’s right to return or exchange.

9. Gifts & Free Items

If a return or exchange is made:

  • Any free gifts or promotional items included in the order must also be returned.
  • If not returned, their value may be deducted from the refund amount.

10. Store’s Right to Cancel Orders

The Beauty Secrets reserves the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund without customer approval in the following cases:

  • Technical or pricing errors
  • Product unavailability after order confirmation
  • Inventory or processing errors
  • Circumstances beyond the store’s control that prevent order fulfillment or delivery

Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used, with no deductions.

11. Right to Refuse Requests

The Beauty Secrets reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange in the following cases:

  • The request is outside the allowed timeframe
  • The product has been opened or used (perfumes, cosmetics, or skincare)
  • The product was damaged due to misuse
  • No valid proof of purchase is provided
