Return and Exchange Policy (Online Store):

• Return: Within 7 days
• Exchange: Within 14 days

Basic Conditions:

• The original invoice must be attached.
• The product must be in its original condition at the time of purchase.
• Used products cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Customers are entitled to a return or exchange in the case of receiving the wrong, defective, or damaged product, or if the product is not delivered within 14 days.
• Please check the condition of the products before accepting them from the shipping company representative, as we are not responsible thereafter.
• Orders paid through direct online payment will be refunded within 7 days from the date of receipt, provided that the shipment and products are unused.
