Do I have to sign up to make an order?

You can shop as a user, but signing up allows you to track your current and previous orders

How long will the products stay in the cart?

As long as the product is still available. the order cannot be completed if there is a product that is out of stock. please check your cart before completing your order

How can I check if the product is in stock?

By clicking on the product an icon will pop that says add to cart. if the product isn't available it will not be shown in the page or it will have a message that says " out of stock"

What are the available payment methods?

You can pay using a card, Tamara installments or Cash on delivery ( in KSA only)

Is the delivery free?

If the order is in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia the fees are fixed, 25SAR and an additional fee for cash on delivery in the amount of 12SAR

For shipping outside Saudi Arabia the fees will vary according to weight

We deliver to most districts in Saudi Arabia and soon to the other gulf countries

When will my order be delivered?

Your order order will be delivered withing 3 to 14 days and it will be delivered to the address provided in the order

Can I pick up my order directly from the shipping company branches?

You can contact the shipping company and provide with your tracking number and inform them that you want to pick up your order

If my order has a missing product or a damaged one, what should I do؟

If the product was used wrongfully, it cannot be returned

After 7 days from the delivery date, the items cannot be returned

Your order cannot be edited but it can be cancel if it was not given to shipping compnay yet.

The online store's order are shipped from the warehouse and not from the branche. therefore the order cannot be picked up from one of the branches
